How It Works

If, after 90 consecutive days of consistent daily use as directed, you feel you have not seen any visible improvement in the appearance of your hair, you may request a full refund of your purchase price.

You must contact us within 90 days of your delivery date at contact@follicle-revive.com.

Include your order number, the name and email used at checkout, and a brief description of your experience.

Because this guarantee is based on results, we do not require you to ship anything back.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund: Your request must be made no later than 90 days after the product was delivered.

You must provide proofs of consistent use, such as before/after photos.

Only purchases made directly from follicle-revive.com are eligible.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@follicle-revive.com
 so we can quickly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Processing Your Refund

Once your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
